Looking for a new hairdresser?
I know that going to a new salon and finding a new stylist can feel a little intimidating, especially if you don’t know what to expect.
Here’s some additional information to help make your visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
You will receive appointment reminders and any updates to your email and cell phone. Please make sure you list accounts that you check often.
I am located within Queenston salons, which is on the golf course in Gleanloch farms.
Your First Appointment:

Accidents happen, so to ensure your clothing remains dry and free of stains, I provide a smock to change into. Please make sure you remove your shirt to 100% guarantee that your shirt will not be affected. Hoodies and turtle necks are a no go! The smock snaps in the front and there is a tie that wraps around the back to provide protection to your knees.
Tell me your secrets!
I want you to LOVE your hair! I will ask you a lot of questions during our consultation. This is a judgement free zone - so please be very honest with what you have had done in the past 3 years.
Before we start:
I will be upfront and honest. If I feel the service will damage your hair, will take several sessions or other issues, I will tell you. If you are working within a budget, we can discuss what can be achieved within that.
When you arrive:
Come inside and go to the right. I am at the end of the hallway, suite 10.
Policies:
Cancelations and rescheduling
In order to provide the best possible schedule options for clients, 24 hours advanced notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours, half price of the service booked will be charged.
Late arrivals:
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining
appointment without adjustments to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and the cancelation fee will apply.
